I am having problems with this new game. After installing and trying to start the game it gives me an error message that reads: cannot initialize video: fixed function pipeline noy fully supported.
HELP! What does this mean and how do I correct it??? Thanks!

HELP!! I have the Platinum version. I am getting a message that reads: Error occurred reading sectors! Data: 1/0
Can you please explain this and how to fix or get around it. It has happened on 1 other movie I have. These are both newer movies. Narnia and Chicken Little. Thanks!

Just a guess, but do you have the latest drivers on your graphics card and the latest DirectX installed?

Which graphics card do you have? Go to manufacturer's website for example http://www.ati.com or http://www.nvidia.com for latest drivers.

I have aSony VAIO Laptop FS series..Is there something you could ask me to look for and I can tell you??? I did go to My Computer and under the Device Manager and checked to see if all the drivers were up to date...They were....But, i don't know anything about a video or sound card...Hope you can still help!! I don't really think it's an issue with your graphics card, but if you want to try it, you should find the details of your graphics card in device manager. Search the latest drivers from manufacturer's website using the product name.

The best way to find out what's wrong and how can you fix it, is to contact the game developer/publisher. So throw a mail to customer support at www.namco.com or support@namco.com. Explain your situation and they'll surely help you.

The uninstall did probably remove all the crucial parts of the game, but to it might leave some smaller files, savegames and such, after uninstalling the game you can go to the installation directory (default usually is c:\Program Files\[game or company name]) and find out what's left if anything.

Alright!! I did that!! I deleted the folder from Program Files. It was empty. What about the StarForce drivers??? Are they on my computer?? Should I get rid of them?? If so, how??

I don't see why you should get rid of Starforce even if it's on your computer, but it's up to you. If it is installed, it is probably also located in the Program Files.
