Can someone recommend a good game for my that simulated the Napoleonic wars on a strategic scale?

I've seen Cossacks II on the shelves and have been wondering if that's what I'm looking for.

Cossacks II: Napoleonic Wars seems like a good choice for you, it focuses on the Napoleonic Wars and has some historic battles in it too.

It's a bit of an old topic but there's one called imperial glory that smokes cossacks.Cossacks is great too though.
