I need help!!!

How do you play ISOs in PSP v3.03 without downgrading it...is it possible??

No there is not, you have to downgrade. I know you may be worried about bricking and what not, but aslong as you follow the readme for 3.03 downgrader then you should be fine. I have downgraded 14 total PSP's with no problems. I downgraded one yesterday and it works everytime and people get right excited too.
