hi,i have installed the hd loader on my ps2 hd it works fine but there is alot of free space.what im trying to do is make my ps2 hd bootable on my pc so i could copy games from pc to ps2 hd , plz help me.

Look for WinHIIP program. This will run on your PC and w/the PS2 HDD connected you could put games on it.
