Many Mac users want to try some Windows software but buy a new computer is really a kind of waste. Parallels can help those Mac users to experience Windows software.
Parallels (Parallels Desktop for Mac)----- Virtual machine software from Parallels, Inc., that allows Windows, Linux and other operating systems to run in an Intel-based Mac running Mac OS X. Some people familiar with it, some people not. This article will give a brief introduction about Parallels.

Part1: Definition of the Parallels
It is hardware emulation virtualization software, using hypervisor technology that works by mapping the host computer’s hardware resources directly to the virtual machine’s resources, allowing each virtual machine to operate identically to a standalone computer. Some Mac users familiar with this software because it gives them the ability to run Windows, Linux or any other operating system and their critical applications at the same time as Mac OS X on any Intel-powered iMac, Mac Mini, MacBook or MacBook Pro.

Part2: How to install Parallels

Step1: Download Parallels Desktop on your Mac OS X system

Step2: Setting Up Parallels
Once the downloading is finished, it's time to start the application, which you'll find in a folder called "Parallels" in your Application directory. Then you need to specify the name of your virtual machine, and where it should be stored on your disk:
